4. Rambo III (1988)

The third installment took all took all the guns and explosions from part 2 and doubled it. The problem is that, bigger is not necessarily better.

The unbelievable action sequences (like the helicopter crashing into a tank) brought the series to a stand still with Stallone walking away from the franchise for two decades.
