Tom Cochrane returns with “Take it Home”, his first new studio album since 2006. The album is made up of eleven tracks that manage to balance a wide range of emotions from the inspirational (A Prayer for Hope), the somber (Pink Time), the introspective (Another Year) and the toe tapping rockers (Sunday Afternoon Hang, Back In The Game).
After all these years, it’s nice to be able to take solace that some things never change. Tom Cochrane has delivered another well written, played and produced album. Just like the title of the last track on this album, Tom Cochrane is “Back In The Game.” If this isn’t enough for some of you, it’s at a bargain basement price of $8 so it’s definitely a no-brainer.
